We have teamed exclusively with Fins Seafood, which sources the freshest sustainably caught seafood. Madalena’s have also fostered strong relationships with local farmers, as well as growing our own in our kitchen garden. Our menu is fluid, moving with the seasons and the nature of the daily catch.
